Auth0 Bolsters Executive Team with New VP of Engineering

BELLEVUE, Wash. -- July 30, 2018 -- Auth0, a global leader in Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS), today announced that Christian McCarrick has joined the company as Vice President of Engineering. As a technology veteran and renowned thought leader on software engineering and technology leadership, McCarrick will be responsible for driving innovation and growth within the engineering team; and working alongside CTO and Co-founder Matias Woloski to continue expanding the company’s Universal Identity Platform.

McCarrick has a 20+ year history in the software engineering industry, having previously served as SVP of Platform Engineering at Global Tel*Link. He also held senior leadership positions at Telmate, AltX, and Mobitor Corporation. McCarrick is a regular speaker at engineering leadership conferences and has recorded nearly 50 podcasts at SimpleLeadership on topics like scaling engineering teams, nurturing inclusive environments, building remote teams, and much more.
